One step update closes quicken 2014

Anyone? Am I the only one having this problem?

I had the same problem and went back to 2013 since the updates didn't fix the problem

I've been using Quicken 2014 for several weeks now and have found only one problem. I can do my ordinary on-line downloads as expected, most of the time but occasionally Quicken will fail to download one or two transactions. The only way I can work around this is to use my browser to go to my bank's online site then to my account and print out a paper copy of the recent transactions and running balances. Then I manually key in the missing transactions and verify that my Quicken account balances match those shown on the paper copy of my account.

Other than this, Quicken 2014 has worked very well and in general, I like it. Gordon
