I have been usine Fidelity NetBenifits for about a year now with no problems. The past month there have been sporadic errors and I had to re-try (re-try seems to work).
Well, recently, I went to the account, and selected the Download transactions button (rather than the 1 setp update). When the dialog comes up, it says "FIs will appear here when you activate them". Well, it is activated!! I deactivated and re-activated it and it shows up. However, I get and error, do the re-try and then it disappears again.
What is going on here?
