Problem Downloading after Install to new Computer

I recently re-installed Quicken 2005 on a new computer. The data was restored from a back-up disk and is ok. My problem is trying to download. Even though the accounts are marked "activated" for download, the function does not work. Also, the one step update does not work either. Any help or insights will be appreciated.

Checked the Firewall settings - Qicken is permitted access to the internet.

When I click "download transactions", the dialogue box that normally appears has a message:" Accounts will appear here when activated". The acccount is not showing in the box.

Even though the accounts have been and are activated, the system isn't recognizing that. When I go back through the activation process, everything shows "activated".

Have you tried deactivating, then reactivating any of them?

Definitely try deactivating the accounts and then reactivating. I had the same problem and worked through it with my bank and that, basically, was the solution.
