I recently logged into my citicards.com account and took three separate accounts I have with citicards, each of which had their own unique login details, and I incorporated all of the accounts so that they now appear nested under a single account with one login and password to access all of them.
The problem is that now One-Step -Update in Quicken isn't connecting to the accounts that were 'relocated'. I removed these accounts from One-Step-Update, then re-added them (after having changed the login details to reflect the new account) and for one reason or another, they still won't update when I try to run the One-Step-Updater...
Any suggestions? Do I have to completely remove the accounts, then re- add them from scratch to be able to use One-Step-Update again (I sure hope not)...If I do, is there any way to add the archival data stored in the former account entires for these accounts back into the new ones (this of course would be assuming that I would even have to go that far and remove the accounts completely then subsequently re-add them back in).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
