I'd thought that I'd apply for a Capital One Classic Card. To my suprise, I was approved... Last time I applyed 3 months ago, I was turned down...
Has anyone else had this?

Yeah.... I thought they got fed up with me applying every 3 weeks! LOL!
Seriously, they change their acceptance criteria when business slows down.....
