I've registered my card with the new website.
I want to make a payment towards my account using a Visa Electron Debit Card, but it keeps being Declined evan though there is enough money in my bank to cover it.
I looked at the reason why and it says "Payment not authorized by RetailLogic"
What does this mean???
No idea! Send them a secure message and ask them.
I got exactly the same error. Turned out I'd forgotten to enter my card's 3-digit security code in the appropriate box in the Make Payment screen (I had to delete the *** shown in the box and then type in my number). Once I'd done that it worked fine.
