Dear All, I have just bought a 3 and a 2 seater sofa, and filled and signed a 0% credit agreement, 1st year free with debt being paid off in year 2 and
3 by equal instalments. I also paid for a 5 yr anti-stain warranty but when I read the small print (yes after the signing ... doh!) its not worth the paper its written. Exclusions include everyday soiling resulting from normal use, unidentifiable stains, and basically I have concluded that I have wasted £145.00 and could have got cheaper cover on my contents insurance. I was told by the sales rep that I could not change my mind once I signed the agreement. Is this correct? The credit agreement is with Hitachi Capital regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Any help/advice appreciated. Regards Justin
