Hi! Anyone else haven issues with American Eagle debit transactions. I get errors via Vital within RMS ,but not if I use my Hypercom Terminal. No other debit issues otherwise. Best, M

Call and ask/complain to your debit card provider. Not Vital, they don't control which your provider accepts.
I have done that and they have changed the sharing group info twice to no avail. I still cannot take American Eagle, debit or credit for that matter via RMS, but ok via the Hypercom terminal.
