I am having a problem setting up Amex on my system. I was using a Costco Amex and I found the post saying that the membership number causes an error when swiped, but I cannot manually enter the number either. My credit card processor says it is setup on his end and I checked on my end and it is setup identically to the other credit card tender types. Any ideas?
