Oh, you probably wanted to know how, Shift - F9.

Like Rob said, Shift-F9 will get you to the Order Details screen.
You can also use Ctrl-F10 to add comments to individual line items.
What's more, you can create a non-inventory item called COMMENT, set it as Not Discountable with a price of $0.00 and enter whatever you'd like in the description field.
