I have had about 25 of our locations call in because theie credit cards are getting a failure message. We are using CitiBank who is routing to Vital.
I am not sure which side the issue is on.

Even phoning in for authorizations was down, I believe it was network-wide, and may not even have been limited to Vital.

OK, I just talked to Vital - finally rang through - they told me they were
100% back up....I still have a ton of people down.
Additionaly - thank you guys, I got responses her way faster than anywhere else that I am still working with to get through.
