POS 2009 SP1 on Windows XP
Is anybody else having this issue ? After a purchase we are not able to find a customer's name in our customer list. This issue seems to be sporadic and does not occur for all customers. We are able to find their receipt in the system by return and receipt date and time. We see their name in that list but not in master search list.
