Error SOPOSUser Hanging

Greetings All

Several weeks ago we did an upgrade of RMS and updated to V1.3. Since then we have been having intermittent errors where the SOPOSUser throws an exception that is noted in the event logs as : Hanging application SOPOSUSER.exe, version 1.3.0.1007, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

It is very itermittent. This will not happen for 4 or 5 days then occur twice in a day.

Anyone else experience these issues?

I am having the same problem at two of my stores, the other seven are fine. I started with vesion 1.3.1002 and am now on 1.3.1009.

After looking at your error in the event log, it got me thinking that it must have to do with the salesperson's log in. After investigating some, I found that the people that were having trouble did not have a cash drawer assigned.
