Does anyone know why when loading gift certificate information into RMS why the serial numbers default to three digits? The actual serial number on each gift certificate we loaded was 6 digits but the sytem lopped off three of the digits when we checked it in tenders.

Were the numbers zero? Just asking because many systems see 0 as a place holder on a whole number system. The ones in the front don't count to maintain number values.
