Issue with MS POS 2.0 and Scanner

I am using Symbol LS2208 Scanner. I am able to create new item and scan my items. However, when I scan the item in Cashier view, item is not found. I tried create new Item from there, I found 2 additional characters added at the end of Item. I proceeded anyway. I still cannot find the item. I believe MS POS is getting 2 additional characters in the cashier view.
