We want to build kits on the pos screen in one area and pick the items, assemble, and ship the completed kit in another part of the building.Where on the managers screen can the assembly area look to see,AND PRINT,the kits that are to be built. Also,can the receipt be formatted to show components listed by item looup code ? billr

No the receipt is unable to include the ItemLookCode for Kits.
The only way I can think of is to use a Custom Sales Report that groups the items by Transaction Number then by Kit Components.
