We have setup a pair of OPOS driven TM 88 printers at a clients site on separate tills. We've designed a logo and this prints fine from the TM88 printers for about the first few (it appears to be a random number) transactions and then disappears from the reciept until the POS is restarted. We are running v1.3. This problem effects both lanes.
Any ideas?
