i have a MS3780 Fusion using usb interface to connect to rms 2.0. when i try to setup the opos in the rms utility it is asking me to assign the com port. this scanner is usb so i dont think it uses com ports. when i select a com port and hit test, i get a error msg stating access denied. Can someone tell me how to setup this scanner in rms? win xp picks up the device with plugn play no problem. i need rms to be able to see the device.
