I have received some good feedback from several individuals but as to resolving my issues I have not yet.
I have also learned that all these bozo providers and networks refuse to standardize - don't they get it - if there is a standard formatting then it gets easier for people to switch to systems for competitive rates. Then those companies providing the best service always win. Unfortunately, the providers are greedy ba$t4rds they could care less about there offerings and more about their bottom line.
If someone where to write a generic interface (other than PCCharge) that can convert what RMS produces (or bypass it) to any format needed then transfer the info via highspeed internet (ftp, http, or https) then We, the consumer of the product would be in control. David
