Call verifone tech support and tell them you are setting up PC-Charge with RMS. They will issue you a complimentary additional user that you can call "1". You can find the number on the verifone web site..

But I already have the additional user license for the 2nd register . That's "2". U mean I have to buy one more additional user? I bought this app. Few months ago, so I can't get any support from Verifone.

Try the initial setup option on their phone menu.

If they won't comp you a user, then yes you will need to buy another additional user license.
