Is there anyway for the cash drawer not to open when doing a reprint while using a windows printer rather than OPOS?

I do not know of a way. You could lock out the reprint command keys to low security level employees (cashiers) using security settings, if you are trying to prevent cashiers from using that to open the cash drawer.
