I created a back-up of my RMS database using Store Operations manager. When I go to restore the databse on a different computer (at a different location), I get an "Unable to Restore Error 5- Access is Denied." I have the sa password the same on both machines. Any suggestins?

make sure you have administrator privilege on the machine
Sounds like you don't have sufficient rights in the file system. Can't think of anything in the RMS or SQL Server side that would give you an access denied message...
windows user account permissions??
