I have a client who wants to have a quick way to tender the sale. Once he presses f12 to tender, he wants to be able to hit 3 (for example- this would be for a Visa sale and Visa would be listed as third in the order) enter the amount and finish the transaction. Is this possible, or do they need to tab down? Andrea

Look for Scan Codes in the online help. I've never used them, but I think this is what you are looking for...
I think what your customer is looking for is something simple...try this, when he finishes a sale, instead of the f12 have them press enter. then have tender types set up 1) Cash 2) Check 3)Credit and let them select the desired option and done. No need for the f12 stuff...just use enter, it's a heck of a lot quicker. I hope that this helps.
