We are using an evaluation copy of RMS. When we tender cash on a sale the screen first shows change but when we complete the transaction, we are generating a gift certificate for the amount of the change. Have not been able to "fix" this via the help screens. We probably have something configured wrong. Any ideas? Thanks,
