The future of RMS

I am also waiting desparately for any information about V.3. The sad part is that as end-customers with valid maintenance we don't even have access to what's in the pipeline. We waited long enough for a better version of RMS, with more support for newer pin-pads, and more functionality of the software. But again, after years of waiting, we still just do that: wait.

I see my maintenance $ wasted, not getting anything for it. I seem my time wasted with the conference calls, upgrade announcements, timelines for future upgrades, just to find yet again, those are totally meaningless.

And to speculate on the OP question if this is a dead product, well, it sure looks like it. For the money we spent for the license, for the money we spend on maintenance all we got is a sub-standard appliction with just the most basic features and in V.2 most of the bugs that I already reported in
