Time Clock reporting

I understand that in RMS you can punch in and punch out using CTRL/SHIFT f4 at the POS. My question is where do I run a report for this? ( Iam looking for the actual time clock report for payroll purposes- not the report that shows when a cashier logs in and out of rms)

There is an Active Report(

) and a Crystal Report(

) in the Reports Library or Jean Holland has one on her site you can download for free, just have to register. Jean's and the Crystal Report includes a couple of extra fields for the actual time and date not just date. It has a column with total hours and minutes.

We designed a report to use through MS Access that points back to the RMS file. Here it is. Make sure to redirect the file to your RMS database.
