Setting up a Verifone 1000SE and I am getting a Warning 943 Communications Error when launching POS. The Verifone tests correctly in the OPOS Utility, and the name appears correct in Store Operations Manager.
I have deleted the port and re-booted, with the same error. This is replacing an Ingenico i6550 device and perhaps there is something that I have to uninstall? The port was being used by a Logic Controls Pole Display with a virtual USB driver.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
