Hi there. I am trying to export a list of customers including thier adresses, but I only seem able to do all customers at once. Is there a way to compile an adress list of only the customers which have had activity in the last year for example, weeding out older ones for this report?
Yes. Go to Reports/Customers & Receivables/Customer List by Phone number and send this report to Excel. Then, run a sales by customer summary report and delet e the customers NOT included in the sales report for the time period you specify in the sales report.
