I did an archive in early January 2006 and a few customers got erased from my current file as I hadn't invoiced them for 2 years. Can I import just a few customers from my archive file? I have looked but don't think I can I hope I am wrong.
It depends what you mean by a customer! You could export the customers from the archive, edit the file with worpad or something like that down to just the ones you want to restore and then import it into the current file. it will merge in with your current customer list. However you cant export/import the relevant transactions unless you can use one of the 3rd party addons to quickbooks.
