We downloaded a payroll update for QB Pro 2010. If we close out and reopen it says wwe have to install update and then an error "file exists" comes up and when we hit cancel, the same message pops up. If repeating this cycle, pop up, cancel about fifty times it will eventually stop. Any ideas how to fix this? Downloading a payroll update doesn't work.
