Is the Qkn server having a problem with auto updates? I haven't been able to download anything from my four FIs for 3 days now (using Web Connect), and the summary screens say "Try tomorrow."
I'm using Q2010 and I just downloaded trans from American Express, Visa, and Charles Schwab and all went ok - no error.
Richard: Express Web Connect has been failing spectacularly for the last few days. I've been going to the individual accounts, and using Update now. There seems to be some glitch in Scheduled Updates and One Step Update. All my accounts will update properly if I don't try to do them as a batch. Bob
the latest on the failure of Auto Updating...
Found that using the "Update Now" choice under the Account Actions button above the Balance column of each account connected and download transactions from that account without error.
I had been using the "Update Transactions" button on the expanded "Downloaded Transactions" tab at the bottom of the check register of the account -- but that failed.
After using the "Update Now" button as above on each individual account now One-Step Update is working again.
Thanks for the help.
Rich

Thanks, Rich.
I did this and now my 4 Chase accounts and ING are "synched" again.
I gues I have to do this "update now" every once in a while when the OSU refuses to work. For the ING account I had to input the security answers again ...
I haven't been following this thread, so excuse me if this has already been suggested: I've frequently had situations where OSU throws an error for one or more FIs. Doing a manual update on that specific account then works and seems to fix whatever the problem was such that OSU starts working again.
I suspect Intuit will tell you to talk to your FI. You might nose around and find the OSU log file. It occasionally has more detail on what the error is.
