Something happened this week with Citi Cards. Most of the time when I try to update I fail. Seems like waiting till evening hours works better for me.

This Citibank thing is starting(?) to drive me nuts... One minute downloads go as expected, the next minute, things hang and result in error messages.
Is it just me, or are others experiencing the same problem(s)?

I am getting a "institution has rejected your request" error in Quicken when I try to do a "one step update".
When I log into my Citi account and I try to leave a message through my online account I get the message " A general system error has occurred. Please try your request again and let us know if this problem continues." So it looks like the Citi website is messed up also. I also can't view my statement online, get the same general system error.
