The original poster would like, " ... a standard column option for reports that would indicate if a transaction has a file attached".

I think that would be a good idea too (but I think there are also many more pieces of information about transactions that would be good to have available in, at least some, reports).

In the meantime, there is a fairly trivial process for displaying/printing a report of transactions that have attachments.

- Open the Quicken "All Transactions" pseudo-register

- Make sure the "Attachments" column is selected to be displayed (gear-wheel icon directly above the vertical scroll bar)

- Make sure the account(s) of interest are selected (use "Custom ..." and select "All Accounts" to have all accounts displayed)

- Sort by the Attachment icon (click on the paper clip icon in the heading row)

- Select all the transactions that have an attachment icon displayed (as you would select multiple files in Windows Explorer)

- Right-click a selected transaction

- Left-click on "Edit transaction(s)"

- Click on the small printer icon in the lower left

- Choose the desired printer (or the file type to Export to)

- Click Print (or Export)
