Using QW2010 Premier. In the status dialogue box during update, it indicates "Error", see summary. . .Now, when the summary pops up, the account that had the error 'isn't even listed'. . .there's a blank space in the list of accounts that were updated, presumably (right or wrong), where that account should have been. Have tried deactivating, and reactivating the account for OSU, exiting/ restarting Quicken with the same results. However: Instructions for sending were completed (as indicated by the presence of lightning bolt, and made it to the banks site), and it also downloaded transactions for that account showed up to match in the register. Any idea what's going on here? Would like to see that error go away, and have the account listed in the "Update Successful" dialogue box. TIA for any thoights. Pierre
