PayPal update issue?

Hello All: Using Q08Premier W. This is whats happening: I had successfully used one step update to load PP transacttions. However, when I make another Paypal transaction, do a one step update, the summary reads that the update was a success showing the current date and time, but no transaction was recorded in Quicken. Only after deactivating, and then re-activating the Paypal update service in Quicken will it then find the additional transaction(s). This has happened twice in the past two days.

I do know that PayPal was doing a system upgrade during that time that temporarily broke many things. Alas even if they fixed it now since the date last updated has changed in Quicken it may not look for those missing transactions any more.
