I had my Quicken 2016 update itself to R12 a few days ago. No obvious issues, although I hate the way it always resets itself to full screen after an upgrade. I not only have to switch it back to windowed, I then have to resize it back to what and where I had it before. Poor upgrade procedure.
I agree. Poor upgrade procedure. But I don't hate it as strongly as you do; to me it's just a minor annoyance.
Seems to have fixed the "red flag" problem, at least for me.
I agree it's an annoyance, but just stupid. Plus, compared to my previous Quicken (2013 I think), the screen updating is so slow. Even on this fast computer, resizing it is slow and laggy. 2013 on my old computer was no different than any other Windows program.
