Quicken Forums

I am stuck in Quicken Forums purgatory. I just registered for the Imtuit site forums and clicked on the link that they e-mailed me. Now every time I log in it sends me to a Help screen at the following address:

I am unable to post or access forums when I am logged in (I can see forums when I am logged out, or a guest). My guess is that that's an error and it really wants me to say ok to some kind of web use agreement, but it's sending me the wrong page. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get past this and/or an address for Intuit website support? Thanks.

From Intuit this morning:

"Currently there is a problem in creating a new account that will not allow users to proceed past the agreement page. This is being looked into. As this may take time to fix I will be manually fixing each account until a permanent solution can be found. So until I post that this issue is fixed please try to login periodically during the day. Once you are past the agreement screen everything should be fine."
