Is there any way to have the Security Download List only reflect those securities that I currently have positions ? After I totally sell a security, it still is in the list, and I'd like the option of resetting the list to reflect only my current holdings.

Are you sure this is happening? I sold a security (plain common stock) in early October, and the historical price file (EDIT PRICE HISTORY) has not been updated via my downloads since. (I might be missing something here, but what 'Security Download List' are you talking about?)

You can open the 'Security List' and 'Hide' securities you no longer own or no longer want to view. In the 'Security List', under Options, uncheck 'View Hidden Securities'. The drop-down list of securities in 'One Step Update > Select Quotes To Download' will now reflect only 'un-hidden' securities.
