Simmons Bank Anywhere Online & Mobile Banking

The bank that I have been using is changing over to SIMMONS BANK. While reading the fine print that has to be agreed upon I came across a fee of $5.95 to download financial information directly into my Quicken money file. I have not ever been charged a fee to use Quicken for downloads. Is anyone else ever been charged for using Quicken for this?

I seem to recall others posting about this practice in the past, although fortunately my primary bank (USAA) does not. Doesn't surprise me though - I understand Intuit charges FIs a lot of money to allow direct connect downloads.

To avoid the bank's fee for use of the Direct Connect connection method, I suggest you use the Web Connect connection method.
