Upgrading 2006->2009, any warnings?

I just got a copy of Q2009 D. I currently have Q2006 B. Are there any traps I should look out for? Is it ok just to install Q2009 on top of Q2006 or should I uninstall Q2006 first? Thanks! /Bernie\

The install will automatically upgrade your old copy. No need to uninstall.

As always, make backups of all your data files, although the install will also copy them into a backup folder before converting them to the new format.

My upgrade from Q2008 D to Q2009 D was the smoothest upgrade yet. ; traps I should look out for? Is it ok just to install Q2009 on top of
