Wells Fargo FYI

Just an FYI...

After trying to download my Wells Fargo account information, this morning, I got an error message, telling me to call Wells Fargo's Direct Connect line.

Apparently, Quicken's servers have been down since 2am, and there no estimated time for repair completion.

I have been having the same problem with direct connect with Citibank this morning. All other's seem to work fine.

One has to wonder why a phone call is required. I mean why couldn't the error message simply state "Sorry but our servers have been experiencing problems. Please try again later. For further information (IOW if you feel you really need to) call Wells Fargo's Direct Connect line".
