Current level of service from ICICI?

It's well-known that ICICI were somewhat overwhelmed with applications for their HiSave account, with it taking a ridiculously long time for applications to be processed and deposits to be credited.

Does anybody know if the initial rush is now over and these problems have now been resolved, or is it the case in general that customer service from ICICI is, shall we way, somewhat less than what you would expect?

Also, can anybody confirm whether ICICI's online banking works with the Firefox browser?

Its taken me about 8 weeks to get my account opened and a small test transfer made. Last week I transferred 35,000 which took over a week to appear in my ICICI account. Strange thing is it's still showing in my current account where I transferred it from

The first transfer does take about a week....I think because of security checks...subsequent transfers in and out of the account are 3 days....and I speak as someone (it appears to be the minority) where everything has gone smoothly in the middle of august..when the shxt appeared to hit the veritable fan!
