It's well-known that ICICI were somewhat overwhelmed with applications for their HiSave account, with it taking a ridiculously long time for applications to be processed and deposits to be credited.
Does anybody know if the initial rush is now over and these problems have now been resolved, or is it the case in general that customer service from ICICI is, shall we way, somewhat less than what you would expect?
Also, can anybody confirm whether ICICI's online banking works with the Firefox browser?
