I know it is not advertised, but is it possible to pay cash/cheques into a Cahoot account at an Abbey National branch ???
I thought it was possible to pay into any bank at any other bank if the paying in slips were bank giro credits.

I'm not sure about Abbey branches, however I've used the Post Office to pay in Cash, in the past. Cheques can also be taken to the Post Office, or you can send them off to be banked, using the envelopes provided by Cahoot.

Hi Si. Thanks for that - That is what I am doing at the moment, but it can take quite a bit of time for cheques & cash to show up. I was hoping that if I could pay in at Abbey National, they would show up the same/next day.
