Error 941

I installed RMS Manager, POS, and Administrator onto the server (SBS 2003) so that the Manager reports could be accessed remotley via RDP. When I load up manager on the Server I receive the Error 941 License Devise that was previously on the machine is not.... The license is for two lanes and the two registers that run in the front work fine and without any errors. I looked at the driver settings on the server and there is no entry for the serial dongle device on the back of the cash register that starts POS each day.

I restarted all of the computers including the server and started POS on the

1st cash register first and I still receive this error.

The network is setup with a domain. Is this the cause for the headache?

That's the problem alright, but don't forget that you also need to Create Register 3 in SO Manager (database/Registers/Register List) before you change the Register number in SO Administrator on the server...
