How do I get the RMS OPOS drivers for PinPads when i am using Microsoft POS. I cannot get the pinpad to be acknowledged by POS

JohnnyBoy,

Did you download the OPOS files from the pinpad manufacturer and/or installed the Common Control Objects 1.9 described on page 12 of the manual, line 2 of Step 1 - Install POS hardware?

He has MS POS, not RMS. Different product.
