We have several RMS systems throughout our facility with different receipt printers. Every now and then, when completing a sale we receive a "Printer Error" and RMS locks up (have to cntrl-alt-del and End Task). No receipt actually prints. We do use OPUS to control the printers (no local printers are set up on the sales points). Any one else have this problem? Any help would be great. Thanks, David.
