Hi. I am having trouble getting RMS to work with my TSP700 Star Micronics Printer.
My printer has a serial interface. I've downloaded the POS drivers and registered the printer drivers. Star Micronics support told me to use TSP743D.
However, RMS cannot talk to the printer. When I try to print a receipt it hangs.
Has anyone had this problem and found a way to solve it?
