I have QuickBooks 2008 and can print reports and checks but not invoices. I have tried printing to two separate printers as well as to Adobe Acrobat. No output and no error message and no invoice.
Running QB on Windows XP service pack 3.
I am not sure it has ever been able to print invoices. I upgraded to the
2008 version in September, 2008.When I called Intuit, they wanted $79 to provide support for the problem. Even after advising them that this was a relatively new software installation, they still wanted the fee.
Has anyone else had a similar problem and, if so, can you share a fix?
