cannot download transactions from fidelity

I just upgraded from quicken 2002 to 2005. Now most of my downloads don't work, although a few accounts do. My fidelty account keeps giving me this message "your financial institution cannot recognize < my account name>...".

I can't figure this out. I checked the account number and customer id. They are correct.

I upgraded from Q2002 to Q2005 and had no trouble with any downloads, including Fidelity. (Windows XP Pro). You can try deactivating the accounts for transaction download, then *if* the accounts use "direct" download (One Step Update), re-activate them.

I deactivted and reactivated all the accounts that didn't work. Now they are all working.
