I originally installed Q2005 on my computer and did not like this latest version in comparison to an older version. So I uninstalled Q2005 through CTRPANEL/Add & Remove. Now I want to reinstall it as recommended by my bank to work with their direct banking program. But I can't reinstall unless the system is clear of all previouly installed files. (the earlier version was uninstalled OK) The uninstall of Q2005 obviously did not remove all the files pertaining to Q2005. So, how do I get these files deleted in order to install the new Q2005 again? I'd appreciate your help. Thank you
